Positive Affirmations

It’s finally the weekend!

I know you had a long week. You went to school. You went to work. You took care of your home. You took care of your pets.

Whatever your situation may be, you deserve to rest.

This morning I am sharing some positive affirmations from the bottom of my heart.

Positive affirmations are positive beliefs over your life, your relationships, and yourself. PAs become thoughts and feelings, they then lead to changed behavior, and therefore, results.

Positive affirmations are self-perpetuating change. You don’t have to do anything except believe and speak them into your life.

If you aren’t at home try to find a quiet place, maybe in your car, and say these things to yourself.

If you are at home, try sitting or standing in front of a mirror and looking straight into your own eyes while saying these.

This is still very awkward for me. We are so uncomfortable with our own presence and we never notice it until we have to stand in front of a mirror.

Have you ever been in a public bathroom and when washing your hands you keep your head down and avoid looking at your reflection at all costs? Yeah? That can’t be just me.
We need to be confident with ourselves, our own presence, our perceived image, our physical body, and space it takes up, our inner souls, etc.

Confidence brings into your life a pure joy. I promise you.

So, imagine yourself resting and being at peace. This weekend try to intentionally manifest these things into your weekend.

  • This weekend is mine.
  • I deserve quiet time.
  • I deserve peace.
  • I deserve to rest.
  • I reject chaos.
  • I am comfortable with my own presence.
  • I trust my instincts.
  • I am dedicated to my well-being.
  • My body knows I love it because I treat myself well.
  • I accept love from myself and others.
  • I am comfortable with pleasure.
  • I am living the best moments of my life.
  • I am surrounded by honest, genuine people.
  • I choose success and abundance.
  • I did my best this week.
  • I now choose peace.
  • I now choose rest.
  • This weekend is mine.

Have a good weekend, everyone!
